It is recommended that after each use, the weapon is being cleaned from impurities with NanoWorks Premium Nano Weapon Cleaner. The objective is to remove bullets abrasions and/or aggressive combustion residues in the barrel of the weapon and then seal with nano CARE

Since rifle barrels are usually made of a non-stainless steel, it is particularly susceptible to corrosion, especially if they work hard or are stored for longer periods.

For effective treatment against corrosion, weapon parts, especially barrels, must be completely covered with a thin film to protect it from contact with corrosive substances, (such as moisture, oxygen, acids, fingerprints, etc.).  This is only safely possible with Nanotechnology.

3-D Nano Matrix

Visual inspections with endoscopes proved many times that the bare metal surfaces on the inside of the barrel is most often not typically protected against corrosion because regular oils are broken down through evaporation, heat and abrasion. NanoWorks Premium Weapon care however forms a very thin, but long lasting 3-D nano matrix which completely seals of 100% of the barrel's inside. The nano matrix (an invisible film) forms a semi-permanent barrier and so protect the barrel and other treated parts from contact with corrosive substances. This seal also help to prevent smoke and copper residue build-up.

Deep Penetration

Rifle barrel's inside surfaces are mostly quite inaccessable, which makes a thorough oiling of the inside of the barrel and other parts very difficult without the use of special tools. Even if you use a good quality extended brush, the fibers can only reach certain selective areas, which means that the rifle barrel will only be partially treated with oil. Premium Weapon Care's nano technology however solves this problem with excellent micrscopic creeping capabilities, ensuring that all the tiniest molecular cavities are filled with the anti-corrosision lubricant and sealed off from corrosive substances and ammunition.

Safe Operation

Regular gun lubricants may penetrate through the pin hole into the lock, which resinates the mechanism. Thus, conventional long term storage solutions such as grease or oil baths, requires to get rid of the access oil or grease before the gun can be fired. This labor intensive process once again removes the corrosion protection! NanoWorks Premium Weapon Care's highly advanced nanotechnology formula which requires only for the product to be sprayed onto or into the parts that needs protection.
Application method: Shake the can well, spray at a distance of 20-30cm. Wait 5-10 minutes and rub dry! 

Due to its oily consistency, NanoWorks Premium Weapon Care is permanently flexible and there it is the ideal moisture and corrosion protection for moving and/or flexible parts.

Extremely high creeping and penetration process begins

The deep penetrating effect starts after about 2 minutes as the product creeps into the capillary system. As soon as the nano particles have been transported into the smallest micro-cavities, the anti-corroison protection starts and remain active for at least one year.

Water displacement occors within 5 seconds after application! Immediatly after application, a highly advanced 3-D nano-matrix  of 1-1.5nm (nanometer) thick starts to form on the surface. As the volatile components evaporate, full protection is achieved after 24 hours.
