Become a NanoWorks Distributor

To enhance the development of the market and increase the sales of our Products in Southern Africa, it would be advantageous to co-ordinate our distribution activities with a distributor in certain territories who possesses a readily available and extensive sales network and marketing infrastructure.

AS A NANOWORKS DISTRIBUTOR YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD A RESELLER & APPLICATOR CUSTOMER BASE.

Your role as a distributor will require that you identify potential reseller/applicator customers with a sales network and/or reseller or applicator infrastructure. Since you buy your stock from us in volume, your reseller and aplicator customers will in their turn purchase from you at minimum order quantities as determined by product packaging. Your role will be to ensure that your resellers and applicators have representative stock levels and you will train them and support them to market our products to end users, whether it be from retail outlets and/or industries.

As a distributor, you will buy your stock in bulk or per box for non-bulk items.

Bulk Items
Bulk Items are packed in industrial sized packaging. This is different for different products and can range between 1 Liter and 1000L containers.

Non-Bulk Items
Non-Bulk-Items are best described as products packed and labelled for retail and consumer markets in ready-to-use packaging. These items are shrink wrapped into wholesale quantities after which the shrinks are packed and shipped by the box. Shrink quantities per box differ per product category.

The MOQ for distributors, resellers and applicators thus differ to the extend that for distributors the MOQ is per box, whilst for resellers and applicators it is per shrink.

The main difference between a NanoWorks Distributor and a NanoWorks Product Reseller is that Distributors purchase their stock per box and resellers purchase their stock per shrink.

Distributors thus break boxes to sell product shrinks to resellers and applicators.
Resellers on their turn break shrinks to sell single product units to end users,

Distributors have to maintain minimum stock levels of the complete range of our products, whereas a Reseller have the option to stock only those product lines that compliments the markets and demography they serve.

If you are interested in becoming a NanoWorks Distributor, you must prove to be able to maintain certain stock levels of our products and off course have the ability to move these products. This means you should be able to prove your ability to market and promote our products and so create a sustainable flow of products. Therefore, to qualify as a NanoWorks Distributor, an initial investment is required. The investment amount is available on request.

Products to a fixed value of your investment amount. Our Distributor Marketing Strategy makes sufficient provision for a quick & profitable ROI on these products.

Your own Website
Your own web presence is included in the form of a sub-domain and personalized email addresses on our web servers. In essence this is a personalized copy of our national website and email addresses, but yours will reflect your contact details and particulars.

Marketing Material.
You will receive printed marketing material with your contact details. You will also have access to our digital marketing content.

Linked Social Media Profile.
We will create a social media profile for your business which is linked to our national campaigns. This will make you benefit from our paid National Social Media Marketing Campaigns.

Product Training Kits
You will receive 20 Product Training Kits to be used on during the Nanotechnology Seminar, which we will present on your behalf to your initial potential wholesale customer base.

Training & Nanotechnology Seminar
A two day training and marketing program is provided for. Training is done on site and your investment includes our travel and accommodation expenses to your location.

Two full days of training
Day One:  We train you and your staff and/or marketing team. 
Day Two:  We present a Nanotechnology Seminar on your behalf to your initial Resellers and Applicator customer base in your area. Your  investment includes paid for social media marketing campaigns for this seminar, as well as a dedicated marketing website for the seminar.  (The venue rental costs for the seminar is shared).
